• All practices are held at the Sunset Ridge Aquatic Center at 215 Kingsport Drive.
• Practices will be held on meet mornings, but not on the Wednesday morning after meets.
• Swimmers may attend AM or PM practices, or both.

• 9:50-10:30 am (Ages 7/8 & 6 & Under- no Jr. Barracudas)
