At The Club at Sunset, we prioritize our members while also welcoming nonmembers to participate in our tennis programs.

Registraion for adult clinics through your online portal is required.

CourtReserve Profile Required

To participate, all players must have a CourtReserve profile with a linked parent account and up-to-date payment information.

Registration Guidelines:

1. Priority Registration for Members
   
   • Members may register for weekly drop-in clinics up to 7 days in advance, ensuring priority access.
2. Nonmember Registration
   
   • Nonmembers may register for clinics 72 hours before the scheduled start time, pending availability.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
   
   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee and to allow other players the opportunity to join.
4. Waitlist Procedure
   
   • If a clinic reaches capacity, both members and nonmembers may join the waitlist. Open spots will be filled in the order of the waitlist.

Clinics are to be paid withing 2 hours after participating in the clinic. Payment can be made on the app or in the clubhouse.

Important Notes:

• No need to re-register each month! Packages automatically renew and will be charged on the 1st of each month.
• If you wish to cancel auto-renewal or select a new package, please fill out the cancellation form by the 20th of the month to avoid being charged for the next month.

Rules & Policies

The Club at Sunset Tennis policies are set to insure safety and guarantee a pleasant atmosphere for all members. The tennis rules are to maximize the enjoyment and safe play for all tennis players.

• Court Booking Priority:
  
  • A reservation through the club’s online booking system, CourtReserve, is required to use the courts.
  • All players' names must be added to the court reservation at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
  • Members can book courts up to 72 hours in advance
  • Pickleball is only allowed on courts 5 & 6
  • Non-members may not book courts or use them for open play unless accompanied by a member and in compliance with our guest policy below.
• Booking Time Limit:
  
  • Singles play is limited to 1 hour, and doubles play is limited to 1.5 hours per court reservation.
  • If no one is waiting for the court, play may continue beyond the time limit at the discretion of the players.
  • Members must vacate the court immediately when the reservation time expires to allow others to play.
• No-Show, Late Arrival & Court Forfeiture:
  
  • Members who do not arrive and take the court within 10 minutes of their reserved time forfeit their reservation, allowing others to use the court.
  • A booking no-show or cancellation less than 3 hours before the reserved time may result in a temporary booking suspension.
• Ball Machine Court Availability:
  
  • Court 2 will be designated for ball machine use and will remain open unless all other courts are reserved.
  • Only Members can reserve the ball machine.
  • Pricing: $12 for 60 minutes, $6 for 30 minutes. 
  • Members can purchase yearly ball machine access for $100 per year.
• Court Closures:
  
  • Members will be notified of any court closures in CourtReserve, and the court(s) will be unavailable for booking.
  • During a court closure, players are not allowed on the courts.
• Court Etiquette & Behavior:
  
  • Proper tennis attire, including shirts and tennis shoes, is required at all times.
  • Prohibited on the courts: profanity, unsportsmanlike conduct, excessive noise, or anything that disrupts the play experience.
  • Courts should be left in as good or better condition after play. This includes picking up trash and securing the court area.
  • Please be mindful of other players when transitioning onto or off the courts and avoid excessive delays.
• Children & Supervision:
  
  • Children may only be on the courts if playing tennis and must be supervised at all times.
  • Non-tennis activities are not allowed on or near the courts.
• Guest Policy:
  
  • Members must accompany guests at all times.
  • Members will be charged $5 per guest on CourtReserve.
• Court Maintenance & Reporting Issues:
  
  • Court maintenance schedules will be shared in advance. If any issues arise during play, members should report them to the tennis staff immediately.
• Other Restrictions:
• No glass, bikes, scooters, toys, or pets are allowed on or near the courts.
